The only one CDMA mobile operator in the Kingdom of Cambodia is said to be seeking strategic investor for its expansion of its network to cover the whole territory of Cambodia. Currently the company operating under "EXCELL" trade mark and offers services both voice and data, including EVDO (3G) Mobile Broadband services in Phnom Penh and surrounding province.
Commercial operations of the company started July 2, 2008 and during the first year of operations the company achieved outstanding results in attracting new subscribers.
