Designed by locals for locals, Lynn Valley’s newest community website provides residents with a strong online presence where they are free to voice their opinions, share their ideas or just get informed.
Free of any political or commercial interests, Lynn Valley Today looks at community in a whole new way. “We like to think of Lynn Valley Today as providing Hyper-Local representation for the residents of Lynn Valley, which is recognized world wide.”
Web site owner, Keith Rispin claims that “Large community websites usually represent multiple communities and rarely represent all interests equally.”
He goes on to claim that,
“Most community websites have a political agenda or are business driven and are managed with special interests in mind.”
As a member of the Lynn Valley Today community, a member is able to submit editorials, short stories and photos. Members may also participate in discussions concerning the Lynn Valley in the Community Forum.
“We haven’t done anything that regular community websites don’t already do, we just narrowed our focus.”
