About the Speaker
Steve Pickette, B.S. Pharm., BCPS, is currently the Director for Pharmacy Clinical Services for the Providence Health & Services system. Providence Health & Services includes 4,500 acute inpatient beds at 27 hospitals in Alaska, Washington, Montana, Oregon, and California. Prior to his current position Steve served as Corporate Director of Pharmacy Clinical Services for Providence Services, a nine hospital system in Washington and Montana. Steve received his bachelors in science pharmacy degree from the University of Washington in 1990 and is currently enrolled in the external Pharm. D program there. He is also a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist. In 2008 Steve was selected for a two year appointment on the 9 member ASHP Pharmacy Practice Model Initiative Advisory Board.
