Aug. 18, 2009 - PRLog -- Advance Realty Weber Thomas Group is the first Advance office to open in Southern California.  Jesse Sletteland, owner and broker, has been in the real estate industry for ten years.  He previously owned and operated a highly successful alternative set-fee model real estate company in San Diego and later served as a Regional Director overseeing 23 offices in Florida.  In 2008, he started FlyersByText.com which offers an environmentally friendly way for real estate agents to distribute property flyers.
