Advance Realty Weber Thomas Group is the first Advance office to open in Southern California. Jesse Sletteland, owner and broker, has been in the real estate industry for ten years. He previously owned and operated a highly successful alternative set-fee model real estate company in San Diego and later served as a Regional Director overseeing 23 offices in Florida. In 2008, he started FlyersByText.com which offers an environmentally friendly way for real estate agents to distribute property flyers.
When asked why he decided to join Advance, Mr. Sletteland said, “I investigated all the major real estate companies but only Advance had actually grown in the past few years. All the other companies had scaled back. Plus, the world-class leadership team with Area Developers on the ground in each market was also a major deciding factor. The technology and systems they offer franchisees and agents is far better than anything I had seen at other franchises.”
