Bespoke briefing, brochure proof amendments and approvals were all coordinated online via rhc’s netsetgo system. This allowed different levels of secure access for rhc, hotel General Managers and IHG Head Office. Target timelines and comment history were also visible.
As an innovation, rhc also designed and built bespoke and fully content managed Christmas event websites – including hotel finder, specific hotel pages and PDF brochure download. Securely hosted by rhc, these websites are search engine optimised and supported by a comprehensive Pay-Per-Click Search Engine Marketing campaign.
