Big congratulations to Mr Des Sikhosana on becoming the newest manager in our Wolverhampton office !
Our HR team caught up with Des last week and asked him how he had achieved his latest promotion .
1. What were your reasons for joining the business?
I always had the interest in reading about how successful some people were in business and how they started. I realised the fact that I had to invest a lot of my time and effort to be part of the top 7% of financial earners in the UK.
2. What did you do before
Studied psychology and worked for 4 ½ years in the hospitaly industry.
3. What are your business philosophies that you stand by?
There is no limit to success.
4. One thing you had to learn/overcome to complete the program
I learned to define myself in a big way and developed an attitute that I am worth more than the average person. I ditched doubts, looked at myself as a big thinker, because big thinkers conquer their doubts, doubts lead to failure.
5. Top tip for new person starting out?
Learn the basics first. Learn from those with experience. Make mistakes and learn from them quickly and move on. Don't dwell on the failures. Persistence plus learning from mistakes equals success.
