Florida is on the front lines of a national crisis that has seen thousands lose their homes to foreclosure and many thousands more make mortgage payments on houses that are no longer worth the amount of the debt; they are “up-side-down”!
Cocoa Beach, Florida – You Be Aware, LLC announces a new legal services program for its members. The threat to member’s homes through predatory lending practices, foreclosure, and devaluation of property values has moved to the forefront of our member concerns. With a jobless rate now up to more than 9%, many Floridians cannot pay their mortgages or other financial obligations. Floridians have looked for relief in a number of ways -- some of which have worsened their circumstances. For these reasons and many others, You Be Aware has turned to the law offices of Richard E. Torpy, P.A. for a solution.
Mr. Torpy has agreed to form on behalf of our members a legal services solution.
