Audrey by Banksy
Most of you would have heard about Banksy and if you have not, you should certainly look him up. Love him or hate him, Banksy is one of the worlds most successful artists in terms of being famous.
One can't talk about how much he sells or what he sells for as he has a huge iron curtain around him from PR companies to Lawyers to the Infamous "Pest Control Office" who look after his prints and log everything he does.
Many people love his work but can't get a print for love nor money. When they do find a print on ebay or via companies such as Pictures on Walls, they are so expensive that you would need a second mortgage to purchase one.
Four Blank Walls is one company that can help. They don't sell original banksy prints but do sell photos of his work on Canvas Prints or perspex. They took the exective and very clever decision many years ago to collect photos of his work that were in the public domain. They then printed them on canvas and perspex for anyone who wanted a print but couldn't afford one.
