Sabercom Desktop Dashboard is designed to stand out from the other applications running on an agents desktop. The Desktop Dashboard can be configured to show call center statistics, scrolling text and pop up messages. Window position, size and transparency can all be preset so that agents still have click through access to other open applications, whilst keeping statistics always at the front of the screen.
Much like Sabercom's digital signage solution, the Desktop Dashboard templates can match your corporate colours, look and feel. Settings, statistics and templates can easily be changed from the Sabercom web based administrator. There is no need for any configuration on the agents PC.
Sabercom Desktop Dashboard can integrate with an existing Digital Signage solution or can run as a stand alone system removing the need for LCD or Plasma Screens.
