Secondly, for any broken relationship to be fixed, you need to consider the reasons that made it break down in the first place. Knowing the reasons why a relationship failed and knowing how to fix it, should be the first thing you should analyze before you attempt to get an ex back.  You can not re-build a relationship if you don't know what happened to make it go sour in the first place, then take the necessary steps to rectify the problem; Without doing that, your relationship will not stand a chance.

Third, you will probably have to give the other person a bit of space to think things through. Chances are that they will miss you too and come back to you without you having to do too much. But then, you have to give them a chance to miss you!
