Steve Nyhof, CEO of Steve Nyhof Enterprises, Inc. has launched a new website offering free small house plans in March of 2009.
Steve started to draw plans when he was 19 years old for his brothers and later for many local builders. As the business grew Steve Nyhof was selling his large and small house plans throughout the United States and Canada and works with a number of home builders across America.
Growing up in the construction industry as well as building million dollar homes, Steve has had a life time of structural experience which shows in his designs, and offered on their free small house plans website.
Steve said, "over the last 28 years our company produced more than 5000 house plans, but even then, the ability to compete against the big house plan company's like houseplans.com, eplans.com, coolhouseplans.com and others was not possible. So I decided one day to offer many of our large and small house plans for free, and only charge a small processing fee of $29.95."
These are fully documented and licensed construction ready free small house plans just like you would order from any other house plan source, paying $500 to $1000 and even more to receive the same thing.
Steve also said, "we do many other things, but custom home design is our primary business. One day it just hit me, I'm not doing much in production house plan sales, why not give my large and small house plans away as free small house plans, especially in this flat economy and see if I can play a part in helping people interested in building get their house plans for free."
Not only are the house plans free, unlike many house plans sold, Steve personalizes the plans with the customers name(s). The free small house plans are made into PDF files and emailed directly to the customer. The customer is then allowed to make as many copies as they see fit to build their home.
