FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Aug 15, 2009 – If you're reading this article that means your serious about taking the necessary steps to building a better body. To get your body huge and ripped you have to get into the gym and train hard. However, many people make some beginner mistakes that keep them from reaching their muscle mass potential quickly. I am going to give you the basics on which your workout routine should be based upon so you can get huge gains fast.

1. Compound Exercises

Compound exercises will stimulate more muscle growth by putting the most stress on your body and requiring that many muscles perform the movement. A good example of a compound exercise is classified as a lower/upper back exercise, you still need to use your legs and much of your upper body, which will stimulate more growth. Compound exercises should be the cornerstone of your workout routine.

2. Resting And Recovery

This is the biggest mistake beginners make with their building muscle mass workout, you have to give your muscles enough time to recover. Believe it or not, you get bigger out the gym not in it. So you have to work your muscles hard in the gym and then give enough resting time so they can recover. Resting is actually where your muscle growth takes place. When you are in the gym you break down your muscles. When you leave the gym your muscles will recover, and given enough rest and food they will recover bigger. http://tinyurl.com/mchsxk

The combination of compound exercises and giving your muscles enough time to rest is the basics of an effective muscle mass workout routine.
