Hanoi, Vietnam, In its continued quest to improve customer service, iTravel has introduced an innovative call out travel consultant service.
Unlike traditional travel companies whereby the customer comes to the business, iTravel’s call out service will see their travel consultants coming to the customer’s work place or residence to organize travel arrangements and bookings.
iTravel Marketing Director Jessie Richardson says that the new program has been designed with workers and stay at home mums in mind – “it’s really hard to take time out to travel in to town to book a holiday, especially if you are at work or busy at home with small children. We hope that this new service will take some of the difficulty out of booking a holiday”.
The call out consultants will be equipped with a laptop and mobile credit card unit to allow for booking and payments to be made onsite. The presence of the consultant also makes it easier for the customer to ask questions and receive immediate answers.
