Aug. 14, 2009 - PRLog -- Pop up exhibition stands aren't as simple as they sound. There are many different variations of the stand and before purchasing one you may need to review what different ones are on offer. The average sized pop up exhibitions is usually 3 quadrants high and 3 or 4 quadrants wide. So they are usually referred to as 3x3 or 3x4. The stand usually includes an end wrap around graphic which hides the framework from being seen. It is also important to know the size of the footprint of the stand so you can ensure it fits in the required space. What is it made of? The graphics are usually made from plastic substrate with a laminated light-blocking layer so that the frame does not create shadows that can be seen from the front. The image is printed onto the laminate using water based inkjet technology. Where is it made? The majority of these stands are made in China, as production costs over there are very cheap compared to closer countries. However, you need to be aware that you are buying from a reputable as some companies may not have the correct quality. Is there are warranty included? Usually the reputable will give you a lifetimes guarantee for the frame and hardware only. How do the graphics attach to the frame? There are two methods which are usually used. The magnet to magnet and the magnet to metal. Does it include lighting? Sometimes it can be added to the frame but all depends on the choice you make. The stands with lighting do look more impressive though. How experienced is the company you are buying the stand from? You cannot substitute experience and reputation when purchasing one of these stands. It is highly recommended you use a company with a good track record as you know you will receive a good product. There are many companies that can help you with your needs, one being Vivid Display. They are based in Barnsley, England.
