On hand for the presentation was Scott Gonyeo of Mentoring Tree Systems out of Rochester, New York to discuss his latest strategies for investing in Tax Liens and Deeds. Scott has extensive knowledge and understanding of buying Tax Liens and Deeds throughout the country and presents his information in a straightforward no nonsense style that was easy for all of us Tax Lien newbies to understand and comprehend. Scott has taught for several companies as a national speaker, trainer, and mentor on the subject.
Our other nationally acclaimed speaker for the evening was Mike Sarwari here to explain the current trends in the commercial real estate market and how we as investor can take advantage of this historic time in the marketplace to purchase and profit in commercial real estate. Mike Sarwari is a seasoned real estate investor and an entrepreneur from Silicon Vally in California. Mike runs one of the largest real estate brokerage firms in the country and is based out of Silicon Valley, California. He has extensive experience buying and selling real estate all across the United States and presented a very information packed presentation to a hungry but happy group of investors looking to upgrade their investing skill levels.
