PR Log (Press Release) – Aug 13, 2009 – Owner and manager of discount-dealer.com, George Richardson, along with his team have decided to abandon it's company's in house search option for its preferred Google custom search option.

The company believes that this change will allow users to search the company's databases more effective to find the hottest discounts and coupons on the web.  Google custom search allows the user to digg deeper into indexed pages for results of pass deals.  This, George says, is a good thing since it means that users can still find deals that have expired.  

The company also believes that this will give them a  chance to focus more on the core of their business, which is providing users access to online deals.
