Leah Renee Takes L.A. with “The Power of Youth”

Leah Renee supported the cause alongside numerous young Hollywood Stars from Twilight, Heroes, 90210, iCarly, One Tree Hill, Greek, and various others. With a special appearance from the original truck in the popular movie, Twilight, Leah dazzled alongside Sean Kingston, Ashley Greene, Aubrey O’Day, Brett Ratner, and many others.

Leah Renee, who celebrates the empowerment of today’s youth, is a singer, songwriter, actress and model. She has been in the entertainment industry since the age of 5. Leah starred alongside recording artist JoJo and veteran actress Valerie Bertinelli on Lifetime’s “True Confessions of a Hollywood Starlet”. While Leah loves acting, she’s focusing her career on music. Her new album, “Storybook”, is upbeat and infectious. It explores Renee’s most intimate thoughts about life and love. “Storybook” will be released this fall.

The charity event was instrumental in building awareness for the group and inspiring children across the country to take action in the cause of their choice. DoSomething.org makes widespread, multimedia use of the internet to promote teen awareness and motivate young people to help change the world they’ll someday lead. With causes extending from education to poverty to violence, DoSomething.org shows teens that they have the power to make a difference now.
