COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – VerdeLogix Corp., a specialist in predictive analytics software for renewable energy, has signed a memorandum of understanding with Green Diamond Syndication Ltd. (GDS) of Santa Fe, NM specifying use of the VerdeLogix software portal for carbon offset trading, green energy credits, and carbon credits programs in global applications. VerdeLogix will provide the portal and trading platform, along with the technical and business infrastructure required. The company also will work closely with GDS to enhance the technology as needed.
GDS will use the platform and collaborate with VerdeLogix on joint planning and procedures for carbon offset trading. Royalty and commission structures from Green Diamond will be decided at a future date.
