My name is William, I am exactly what you would expect, I am someone who has been involved with IT and computers for over 20 years, and I enjoy it, it is what I do, and who I am.
Network Help Ltd is my business and I want to provide you with the assistance that you need to keep your IT infostructure running as smoothly as possible.
Do you know what is happening on your network? I have designed a system that will monitor your network, and provide me with the ability to manage your network, even when your Internet connection is down.
Technical Documentation
If you have a Project, or Software and you are constantly having to answer the same questions, and give the same instructions then I might suggest that your User Guides need to be made more readable, more user friendly. A better system for your FAQs, something that is geared for the user and not for the techno user.
I have years of experience in writing User Guides and Manuals, I am published in physical and PDF format, contact Network Help, and we will give your users the help they need.
Business Support Solutions
Depending on the size of your business there are two methods of support contract.
Monthly visit only
We set a schedule where by I come and visit your site once a month for 1 full day, and I will answer/resolve all computer questions, check your Server do system updates etc.
Network Management
I supply you with a single machine with my own installation and system which plugs into your network, from there I run monitoring software as well as an internal asset management system which watches your network, you can email me or call and I will be able to remote to this machine to provide you with support. Some support will be direct to your Desktop if required.
