The North Shore's hometown radio station, WBOQ 104.9 FM, has a new voice on the air.
Steve Stanganelli, CFP ®, CRPC ®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional, has joined Bob Dubee, CFP ®, CPA/PFS and principal of Quest Financial Services to co-host the company's weekly financial education radio show.
"Steve's background as a published author as well as a guest speaker on North Andover's community cable TV show Your Money ABCs makes him a great addition to the program, " noted Bob Dubee, president of Quest Financial. "We're happy to add his voice and range of experience to the line up. Listeners will really benefit from his perspective and insight," Dubee added.
The program, called "The Quest for Financial Freedom," covers a range of financial planning topics and is geared to providing Baby Boomer listeners with timely information.
The most recent broadcasts have included a discussion on the "4 Greatest Tax Gifts from the IRS" focusing on the value of Roth IRAs and a two-part series on college funding titled "How to Pay for College without Going Broke" which featured ten ways to save for college and more than thirteen strategies to qualify for more financial aid.
The weekly program is broadcast each Saturday from 9 AM to 9:30 AM.
WBOQ 104.9 FM is based out of Beverly, Massachusetts with a transmitter located in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Its programs can be heard throughout the North Shore and southern New Hampshire up to Kittery, Maine. Broadcasts are also available on the web at www.questfsi.com or www.northshore1049.com.
