The prestigious commercial real estate magazine, Real Estate Forum, recently named 31 year old Brazilian immigrant and apartment investor one of "Tomorrow's Newsmakers" under age 35.
Carlos Vaz, the CEO/Founder of The Conti Organization pruchased his first apartment building on March 28, 2008 and has since closed nearly 2,000 units in Texas. He is currently in the process of closing his tenth transaction.
