New Version Of Blair Holt Bill Of 2009 Will Change Gun Control Forever
Senate Bill HR45, better known as the "Blair-Holt Firearm Licensing & Record Of Sale Act Of 2009," will be a new law that requires an actual gun license for each owner, manufacturer and seller after passing stringent physical & mental evaluations. Other stipulations include allowing the feds to show up unannounced at your home or business to inspect your stored weapons and proper license - paperwork.
Also, according to reports, a new version of the former US Congress Bill S2099 will also begin that will require every American who owns a gun to report it on your IRS income tax reports starting on 2010 filings. The government will introduce this under the Internal Revenue Act of 1986.
That means, the Finance Committee can pass it without the Senate voting on it at all. And you won't know about it for 30 days after the fact. Allegedly, even gun shop owners didn't know about this because the government is trying to fly it under the radar. The original S2099 bill was introduced in 2000 but was shot down quickly. Now, the government is said to be re-inventing the same ideas to go along with the Blair-Holt Act of 2009, which had also been shot down once before.
