Phoenix, AZ, 8/12/2009: TalkingBio has recently announced his presentability contest.  Only 3 weeks left.  TalkingBio.com is an innovative approach to job applications.  Jobseekers can now let their resumes and skills “speak” out loud.  All jobseekers on TalkingBio.com record 60 second audio bios, and 5 question audio interviews to differentiate themselves from other applicants.   The TalkingBio solution is great for any new grad or seasoned employees.  Everybody knows that first impression means everything.  With TalkingBio individualized page, an applicant can make the first impression prior to the interview and even prior to the employer looking at the resume.

To celebrate Labor Day, TalkingBio is donating its time and staff to help 100 Americans find 100 new jobs in 100 hours. The project is a month-long commitment, started August 5th with a grand celebration on Labor Day.

The final commitment will come 100 hours after Labor Day. To celebrate Labor Day and the foundation of this great country, the company will select the 100 job seekers, who worked the hardest to highlight their skills, but are still unemployed. TalkingBio.com will then contact employers diligently with the goal of getting 100 Americans find 100 new jobs in 100 hours.

“We are urging the media to help us reach all Americans to use our completely free, no-strings attached services. We want all unemployed Americans to apply. We will spend as many hours a day as necessary between now and Labor Day to help Americans present their skills in the best way possible. We are using the power of the web to create a unique audio and written presentation for every unemployed who really wants to get hired,” Yuvi Shmul, the co-founder of TalkingBio.com stated.

“Then, we will do whatever possible to get the 100 chosen candidates in front of employers and get 100 new jobs for 100 Americans within 100 hours following Labor Day,” Jeff Harris, co-founder of TalkingBio added.

About TalkingBio.com
TalkingBio (www.TalkingBio.com) is a unique website where jobseekers can present themselves with a 60 second audio bio, a 5-question audio interview, organized boxes with the candidates’ work history, education, certifications, accomplishments, and awards.  In addition, each candidate’s complete TalkingBio page includes a photo and a traditional resume, all presented in an easy-to-navigate single page.  The company was created to help jobseekers present their skills distinctively, but also to help employers identify which jobseekers are most suitable for their available job openings.  Traditional resumes, alone, don’t do justice for jobseekers or hiring companies.  A complete TalkingBio does.
