HCM is a leading manufacturer of drugs in pre-clinical development to commercial scale. Through these tough times, HCM is boosting employees’ morale by helping them to engage in healthy activity during work.
Hyaluron encourages its employees to take time off for lunch and go for group walks in the nearby trails. Hyaluron made a deal with a local health club so that employees can exercise before/after work or even during lunch. HCM also hired a Yoga instructor and runs a yoga class once a week after work. In addition HCM participates in “Fun Runs” once a month. All employees and their families are welcome to participate in a 5K run or walk around a lake in Wakefield. “We believe employees’ health is very important, and in difficult, stressful times we would like to make every effort to encourage employees to exercise to release some of the tension, our mission is to promote wellness in our company”, said Shawn Kinney, President of HCM.
