Because tea colors tend to be unstable, tea is often blended with commercial dyes and chemicals to achieve precise colors and effects. Badarau, however, has developed an all-natural formula for tea dyeing that stabilizes and enhances the full spectrum of tea colors. She never uses commercial dyes or chemical additives. Every Tea Dyed Tees textile is dyed naturally with tea – and only tea – utilizing a proprietary dyeing process for utmost color depth and preservation through numerous washings.
