In August, MDT released its strongest automated sourcing solution to date. This technology is suited for companies who have openings for identical positions anywhere in the United States. This includes, but is not limited to: sales, call center agents, customer service, hotel / restaurant services, law enforcement, armed services, and a wide variety of entry level positions.
The latest version includes a new artificial intelligence component that takes the ideal candidate profile and measures it against the local market's passive and active candidate pool to identify those that should be introduced to the opportunity. Combined with its contact management solution, the HV-Fast platform provides hiring managers and staffing agencies with a proactive sourcing solution that drives 2-300% more candidates into the interview process at roughly a third of the cost of traditional, passive sourcing methods (newspapers, job board ads, career fairs, etc.).
MDT offers this technology either on an outsourced basis or an internal implementation depending on the needs of the client.
