Follow on Google News | Guamanian rapper, Upwordz, headed to JapanUpwordz, a Long Beach, CA based emcee of Guamanian decent, prepares a trek to the Far-East for a hip hop mission tour. Japan is noted for its knee deep hip hop culture and Upwordz is about immerse himself in it, sharing his music and heart.
"The obvious goal of this trip is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the hip hop generation in Japan, which is considered a country in the 10/40 window. Upwordz has been faithful in his youth and music ministry that we've decided to partner with him and send him to Japan, an area that God obviously cares about, but also a place Upwordz has felt called to," APX Mentoring, Inc.
