Bridge from Cyprus to Lebanon-Dubai
World Class Group, a marketing and communications consultancy unit based in Beirut announced that Pafilia developments in Cyprus, have joined the consortium of developers which form the Cyprus Investment Festival to debut this week in Beirut’s most prestigious hotel.
“Pafilia has a great legacy as a company and offers stunning properties in Limassol, Paphos and the new and up coming areas of Polis and Latchi”, said Michael J. Tolan, CEO of World Class.
“We are pleased to be associated with Pafilia, its property portfolio is pure elegance in that part of the island,” he added.
Pafilia joins other developers such as Iacovou Brothers Developments based in Larnaca, as the Cyprus Investment Festival rounds out its property and investment offerings with a deluxe assortment of villas, apartments and land offerings for individual investors and joint venture partners.
“Developers in this economic climate must create value for any investor, through their integrity, quality products and services.” Said Mr. Michael Aniftos, Area Manager Europe, Asia and the Middle East of Pafilia.
“Pafilia has joined the Cyprus Investment Festival as an added method of targeting the Middle East market, and we are pleased to be a featured sponsor in Beirut,” he added.
The Cyprus Investment Festival is introducing the new ‘Open Doors’ policy of Cyprus, a new law which allows Lebanese and other non-Europeans the opportunity to obtain a permanent residency visa when purchasing a property in Cyprus. The Cyprus cabinet amended the new law only a few months ago, and it has spurred renewed interest in the closest gateway to the EU from the Middle East.
The Cyprus Investment Festival has created a marketing platform to showcase Cyprus investments, and will operate in Beirut for three weeks prior to moving to Dubai later in October this year.
Mr. George Mintis, Vice Chairman of the Cyprus Tourism Organization hailed the initiative as a very positive step to build the natural trade bridge between the Middle East and Europe through Cyprus.
The Cyprus Investment Festival will be highlighting the Open Doors policy, as well as exposing the various investment projects and EU grants available to investors in Cyprus.
