"Long Way Home" is one of Perry's favorite selections on the new CD. This ballad is written from Perry's personal journey of achieving goals through great adversity.
"We wrote this song to encourage listeners to never give up on dreams. Even when our hearts tell us not to believe, we have to keep the faith," she said.
The CD also includes "Words," a song based on Perry's new speaking series "Lacing Up The Tongue." With a progressive country flair, "Words" reminds listeners of the power their words hold and how we can enhance or destroy those we love the most by the way we communicate.
