For Landlocked's first-ever red carpet event, we've decided to make it a green carpet event in recognition of our very green state - both in terms of the emerald-green color of Iowa in summer and in terms of the community commitment to green initiatives. Hosted by KSUI's Joan Kjaer, the green carpet will welcome audiences and filmmakers to Landlocked, and in particular the director and stars of "16 to Life" and the director and producer of Alliancen.

Its world premiere at MethodFest broke attendance records. Let's do the same for it here in Iowa City! --Landlocked Film Festival,
