In early August the Union of Kyrgyz Banks (conference organizer) and Flexi Communications integrated communications agency signed an agreement on informational cooperation within the framework of the “Central Asian dialogue” project. Under the agreement made, the agency has been entrusted with comprehensive information support of the conference.
According to Anvar Abdraev, the President of the Union of Kyrgyz Banks, FC was selected due to its unique position, where the company is virtually the only consulting agency in Central Asia focusing on financial communications. Another important aspect affecting the decision is the fact that the company has connections with international business mass media.
Flexi Communications is an integrated communications agency specializing in providing local and international companies in Kyrgyzstan and the Central Asia with services in corporate financial communications, marketing, market regulators relations and special events planning. The Company was founded in January of 2009 and is headquartered in Bishkek, the capital of Kyrgyzstan. Flexi Communications was started and is headed by Vugar Khalilov, who has extensive professional experience in British media and communications consulting.
Bishkek International Banking Conference (BIBC) has been held in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic since 2003. Starting in 2008, it is being held as a Central Asian dialogue. Among organizers of the conference are the Union of Kyrgyz Banks, the Banking Association for Central and Eastern Europe (BACEE), The Asian Banker (an international finance publication)
