Joining me in the first segment is Candy Weaver. Candy is the owner of BBQr's Delight, a company that sells a number of wood pellet flavors both on line and in retail stores throughout the country. I will talk to Candy about her business, why she like pellets, and how they are made. Candy is also a competitive bbq'er too, so I might ask her a few tricks of her trade as well.
In the second segment, I will be talking with Hell's Kitchen contestant, Andy Husbands. HK is my favorite reality TV show so I am very excited to have Andy talk with me about his experience so far. Aside from the show, Andy is also chef/owner of Tremont 647 in Boston, MA and he is also pit master of the Ique competition bbq team. Needless to say, there is a lot to cover in not enough time!
