We are strategic outsourcing company with expertise on outsourcing Business and
International Venture development. We are ventured into serving new campaigns, which
last for 12 months. The project has been sourced from USA/UK based end-client. We are
offshore channel partners for INDIA. Presently we are outsourcing pdf to doc conversion
project. We are looking for individual, companies to execute this project. We will be
providing customized software where client need to enter data from
JPG/TIFF/Doc/PDF/Html format.

ELIGIBILITY
1. Companies/Registered/Partnership/Proprietary firms conversant with BPO works and
having the required skill set and manpower to adhere to the quality specifications
provided by the data provider.
2. Providing quality output and time consciousness at all times.
3. Having necessary infrastructure and man power to execute orders in precision.
4. Should be in a position to accept and execute minimum 30 seat work load.
5. Companies should have static IP and Server with good BACK UP.
Quality Control: Evaluation of the data converted by your BPO units,
which should be at least 97% accurate. Minimum accuracy required to get the billing is
90%, and Up to 85%-90% the data is returnable (Rework Allowed, Only once in a
month).

(In case of deduction of payment this will be effective in every consecutive next month
advance payment).
Quality Check Report: Quality Check report will be generated by the TPQAT, which
would be again reconfirmed by the source company on the request of the executor
company. The third party QC allowed & Online QC is also available.
Billing: Bills can be raised every month and executing necessary documents and
procedures as specified in the Data Agreement and in Bank Guarantee /LC/ Escrow
