ActionCOACH hosted its 2009 Global Conference at the Sheraton on the Park hotel in Sydney, Australia from August 2-7. At its awards dinner, ActionCOACH recognized Harry Raftos for the Best Client Retention award.
In presenting the award, ActionCOACH founder and CEO Brad Sugars pointed out the importance of retaining existing clients.
“On an average, it costs six times more to get a new client – which makes the ability to retain clients paramount in any business,” Sugars said. “The ActionCOACH community should look up to Harry and learn from his example by placing systems in place to ensure client retention.”
Raftos was awarded ActionCOACH's "Global Best Client Results" award for two consecutive years (2005 and 2006), and again earlier this year in February at the Asia Pacific Conference.
Raftos has been in a family business most of his life, and understands the issues faced by other small business owners – and is passionate about helping them reach their goals and to spend less time working in their business and more time working on their business.
“Harry exemplifies what it means to be a Business Coach,” Sugars said. “His expertise and experience in different aspects of business has no doubt helped him retain clients. I am pleased to present him with this award.”
