At the time Mr. Carucci was a solo practitioner in Wilmington, Delaware doing primarily Business Law & Estate Planning Law. Mrs. Butler worked for another Wilmington, Delaware law firm. When they formed Carucci Butler LLC they expanded their practice areas and began handling Family Law, Estate Planning & Business Law. This was done to better serve their clients. Mrs. Butler handles the firms Family Law cases. Regarding merging into Carucci Butler LLC she has said 'I feel that my personal & family experiences have helped me to become a better attorney. I enjoy practicing law in Delaware and look forward to continuing to serve Delawareans with their Family Law needs'. Since merging they have further grown into a general practice law firm by doing individual Bankruptcies, DUI's, Criminal Defense & Traffic Violations cases. Since forming Carucci Butler LLC last year they have also moved locations and are now on King Street in Wilmington, Delaware.
