Detroit based Second Bananas casting company seeks extras for open casting call August 16th in Troy!

Aug. 6, 2009 - PRLog -- Detroit based Second Bananas is launching their first open casting call Sunday August 16th at the Troy Marriot.  
    Second Bananas provides a fun, exciting way for individuals to get into the movie industry as extras.  The rapid growth of the film industry in Michigan has lead to a need for professional, complete background casting services and Second Bananas has stepped up to fulfill that need.  Individuals of all ethnicities and ages are encouraged to register on the 16th from 12 to 4 at the Troy Marriot at 200 W. Big Beaver Rd.  
    According to managing partner Roger Hosn, “The incentives offered by the 2008 film production credit have led to huge growth in the Michigan film industry.  The production companies and casting directors have a serious need for extras and we are excited to provide them with home grown Michigan talent.  Everyone is encouraged to register and we are excited by all of the buzz this first casting call has created.”
