Chris Hurn, co-founder and chief executive officer of Mercantile Capital Corporation, said the firm has made substantial investments in its human resources.
“One of the primary goals of the SBA 504 loan program is to create new jobs, so we are definitely a people company,” Hurn said. “We have substantially invested in our human resources, from training, compensation and benefits to bonuses and our working environment,”
