L-Y!” will open at the Teatro La Tea, in New York City for a two-week run.
This autobiographical one-hour show takes the audience through a journey that is uplifting, heartbreaking and powerful as they witness the story of Smith as a young cheerleader transform into a powerful woman who embraces her inner superhero, reclaims her sexuality and lives as a whole, healthy woman who cheers for life! The show is directed by Paula Killen, and recently ran at the 2009 One Festival in New York City, which played to sell-out crowds, and recently completed a four-day, sold out run in Los Angeles. Of “T-O-T-A-L-
