The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware Appointed Pamir Law Group to represent Syntax-Brillian in creditor claims in excess of $100 million against Taiwan Kolin Co. Ltd.
A motion filed in the same court also links the firm to potential litigation with Olevia International Group LLC, which has allegedly breached a $60 million debt purchaser agreement.
