Gold Party Magic, Boca Raton's premiere gold party company, is pleased to introduce its Gold Party Magic Partner Program, and its newly redesigned Web site. The Gold Party Magic Partner Program offers individuals the opportunity to earn commissions for arranging gold parties in the Southern Florida area.
"We've been buying used and broken gold for more than 20 years," says Michael Stein, owner of Gold Party Magic. "The new Web site will help us reach out to people who are looking for a safe, fun way to sell their unwanted gold items."
Gold parties have been gaining in popularity as the price of gold began rising during this recession. "A gold party is a new twist on selling unwanted gold." Stein says that interest in selling unwanted gold has climbed along with the commodity price of gold. "Earlier this year, gold was selling for more than $1,000 per ounce. In a recession, people are looking for creative ways to bring in extra cash, and a gold party does just that."
The new Web site will also enable Gold Party Magic to promote its Partner Program more effectively. Gold Party Magic partners coordinate gold parties, which are usually held in homes and offices. Party guests bring unwanted gold to the party. A dealer weighs the gold and tests it for purity, and then makes a cash offer to buy the piece. Stein says that the partner program is a key part of the company's success. "People may be shy about bringing their gold directly to a gold dealer, but when the dealer comes to the home of a friend or acquaintance, the process of selling unwanted gold doesn't seem so scary."
Gold Party Magic operates primarily in Southern Florida, but Stein is looking to expand his business throughout the state of Florida, and eventually nationwide. "People tend to collect broken gold, mainly because there's no good way to dispose of it. Before the price of gold went so high, many people would simply throw broken gold away. Stein says that gold parties enable dealers to recycle precious metals more easily and help prevent precious metals from ending up in the local landfill.
