During the month of July, Premier Guitar saw 470,821 unique visitors come to its Web site, www.premierguitar.com, consuming 11,629,038 pages of content. The boom in traffic can be attributed to Premier Guitar’s overall increasing Web presence, highly engaging content and extensive coverage of two major trade shows during July, Summer NAMM and the Montreal Guitar Show.
The sights and sounds of both Summer NAMM and the Montreal Guitar Show can be found on PremierGuitar.com in an array of show galleries, videos and interviews which amount to a quantity of content that dwarfs any effort of other media companies. Premier Guitar shot more than 10 hours worth of video of interviews and gear demos during the NAMM show alone.
Offering readers a virtual show experience is only one element which has helped Premier Guitar’s Web audience continue to grow. Readers are able to read, download, print and share all of Premier Guitar’s current and archival content for free through both PremierGuitar.com and Premier Guitar’s freely accessible digital magazine. Premier Guitar also features Backstage Pass, a weekly E-newsletter offering exclusive content which, in turn, serves as a catalyst for Web traffic. The integrated multimedia model has helped Premier Guitar expand its audience on a global scale, bringing its content to guitarists all across the world. Premier Guitar now delivers the largest unduplicated global audience of guitarists.

"The world of media is in the midst of tumultuous change and all of us at Premier Guitar labor daily to keep pace that change. We think we’ve led the charge by moving to delivering reliable and trusted content through multimedia platforms. We’ve challenged conventional publishing wisdom by offering all readers both our current and archival content free of charge on three of our electronic platforms; charging subscription fees only for the physical, hard copy product. The continuing growth of our traffic and of our reader engagement is terrific testament to the demand for our services and we very much appreciate our readers voting, with their time and interest, for what we do and how we do it."
