Aug. 5, 2009 - PRLog -- CARLISLE, Pa. –  ‘Tis the season to say ‘I do.’  Experts say the rush is on to tie the knot as many couples will take advantage of the warm summer weather and end of wedding season deals.  While love may not be affected by the recent economic downturn, the wallet certainly is.  That’s why a Central Pennsylvania-based catering company has chosen to help couples make the most of their wedding budgets.  Instead of telling customers what they are going to pay, Chef Exclusive gives them the power to decide what they want to spend.

The man behind the idea of budget-based wedding catering is executive chef Daneyon White.  The husband, and father of two young boys, knows everyone is having a tough time making ends meet.  “I love to cook.  It’s been my dream to do this since I was a kid and it makes me happy,” White says.  “If I can get to do the job I love – and make other people happy – then I’ve accomplished my goal.”

White graduated from Rhode Island’s reputable Johnson and Wales University, and brings more than 10 years of professional experience to Chef Exclusive.  He has worked for highly regarded companies such as; Walt Disney World Company, Marriot Inc., Flying Bridge and Guest Services.  White brought Chef Exclusive to Central Pennsylvania last year.

Chef Exclusive (http://www.chefexclusive.com) is a full service catering company where the “special of the day” is making people happy.  Its friendly staff serves events ranging from one to 1,000 guests.  Everything is taken to the client’s location where it is set up and served.  Then, everything is removed and the premises are cleaned once the guests are satisfied – and full!  Not only does Chef Exclusive offer some of the best food guests will ever eat, everything is custom tailored.

“One thing I provide people with is a touch of elegance, a touch of personal service that most chefs don’t cater to,” White says.  “For example, if you call a catering company, they’ll make sure you fulfill a certain number requirement before they will come out and serve you.  To me, it doesn’t matter.  We will come for just one person.  One person to 1,000 – that’s our motto.”

Chef Exclusive provides catering services for people and businesses located throughout Central PA.  If you would like to schedule an interview, please contact The Write Place PR by calling (717) 676-8327, or send an email to getnoticed@thewriteplacepr.com.
