Modesto, Calif. – Kingspan Insulated Panels Inc. announced today that Bill Sandahl, District Sales Manager for the company’s Commercial/Industrial division, has been designated a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Green Associate by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Sandahl covers Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana for the Commercial/Industrial division and also sells Kingspan’s Centurywall™
Sandahl began his career in the metal building business where he developed an extensive knowledge of single skin systems, as well as steel framing systems. He joined MeTecno-API (acquired by Kingspan in August 2008) in 2000, working as a district sales manager. Sandahl received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Wa.
Kingspan is committed to delivering environmentally friendly products and solutions. As a weather-resistant, energy-efficient addition to the building envelope, Kingspan products contain a high-degree of recycled content, are readily recyclable at the end of their long service life, and consistently contribute to USGBC LEED credits and overall certification.
