The APIS Pre-Departure messaging system is mandatory for flights towards USA and ruled by the
Pre-Departure Final Rule in force since August 23rd 2007.
The new messaging system has been tested and certified by the U.S. CBP (Customs and Border Protection).
Through these significant improvements, passengers booking on the websites of Maxxcom’s clients will have the certainty of being in possession of the minimal requirements to be admitted in the USA.
