MTVM Version 7 will allow Voice and Internet Service Providers to offer their customers a total hosted voice offering based on Cisco System’s TM market leading Unified Communications Manager TM platforms, and MTVM Version 7 is designed specifically to work with Cisco System’s TM Unified Communications Manager TM latest Versions 7.0 and 7.1.
Targetted at Service Providers, Channel resellers and large multi-site enterprises, MTVM Version 7 makes full use of all of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager TM telephony and IP networking features whilst enhancing the featureset with additional applications such as Call Recording, Voicemail, Virtual Conferencing, Call Admission Control, Advanced Alternate Routing, enhanced reporting and statistics, an advanced billing/invoicing engine and an XML applications platform.
The multi-level management platform also offers an improved graphical management interface, simplifying access for non-technical administrators and negating the need for advanced technical training, with the ability to simplify moves/adds/changes functionality and bulk input capability to the platform.
Service providers can also offer on-demand end-user training using the VoIPTrainer TM product for IP handset training, streaming an easy-to-follow, interactive training session and on-demand help application directly to the IP phones or to the desktop PC. Integration and provisioning to Cisco’s Presence Server (CUPS) and LDAP support will also be available with the release of MTVM Version 7.1.
Operating as a standalone application or within a fully redundant/distributed architecture, MTVM allows Service Providers to offer a fully-featured Hosted Cisco communications offering based on the global market-leading platform for IP Communications. List pricing for MTVM Version 7 starts from £15,000 and is available from August 2009.
