28/07/2009 - BRD Consulting and CNR together to create geographical performance indicators and interactive models to support strategic decisions in the commercial networks
BRD Consulting (Fides Srl), G&O and Area RM 1 of CNR (National Research Council), together to support the strategic decisions of the commercial and non-commercial networks, supplying base and advanced services to public administrations, to small medium enterprises and therefore to the citizens. Characterized by specialized services with high added value, together they are starting a peerless project.
BRD Consulting is a consultation firm specialized in the development and management of distribution networks, direct or in franchising, in the development and management of shopping centres and new distribution channels in Italy and abroad. It is the owner of Geo-franchising, an innovative project which allows internet users all over the world to display the always updated database of more than 1100 Franchisors and more than 51000 Franchisees working in Italy and in the shopping centres, for the first time in geographic mode.
G&O is a firm specialized in the development of Information geographical systems and geo-marketing applications and it was already a BRD partner.
Area RM 1 of the CNR has an advanced data transmission infrastructure, characterized by a high speed geographical connectivity based on the latest generation technologies and it supplies internet services with institutes that can offer advanced services supporting geo-marketing and models of optimization and performance indicators.
The goal is to develop publication activities, to spread the results of the research in national and international trade journals and to enhance the services offered through research method and mathematic modelling to support the retail management decisions.
In particular the activity of prototypisation will focus on the spotting of a set of territorial performance indicators and simulation and optimization interactive models in support to the strategic decisions of the people interested to commercial networks.
