Aug. 5, 2009 - Demic & Bawsten will begin there fall by touring with Rivalry Nights but in between the Rivalry Nights dates they will also be stopping at select Fridays Restaraunts. The group is looking to broaden there fan base in the tri-state area. The tour will take place Thursday nights at 10pm at least once a month for the remainder of 2009. The tour was spurred by a thought Demic had when visiting Los Angeles to perform at the LA Convention Center. Demic saw that Fridays in the Los Angeles area was just as popular as the one in New Jersey and New York. He spoke to Artist marketing director Chad Wayne about the possibility of performing in the restaurant, realizing that Fridays has a strong national market. This sparked what is now known as the Fridays area tour presented by Urban Background Entertainment. The group will perform 30 minute sets providing the audience with giveaways, raffles, and prizes. The sets will include all original music from their upcoming fall EP. The tour will take place starting August 20th and concluding sometime in December of 2009.
