Which is where I come in , I've tested so many products and other guides over the years for my own weight problem that I have become a somewhat expert on weight loss.  

In my experience , 1 week is enough to lose a good amount of weight. I lost around 8 pounds in the first week using methods listed in my blog.

But , what I am really proud of is losing over 30 pounds within a month . I've been able to keep it of too because 30 pounds in 1 month is a realistic loss as long as it's done with the correct approach and mentality .
