Billy, himself, has specialized in site analysis, site planning, commercial buildings, zoning issues and land tract compilation all over metro Atlanta. His construction experience includes developing new home communities and light commercial projects. A native Atlantan and Forsyth County resident, Billy Spain is also a candidate for the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, the Georgia Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors and the CCIM Institute.
