P. Tom Lebron and partner Juan M. Cepeda have joined United Residential Lending (URL) as Retail Mortgage Bankers. They have joined the CA Team based out of Huntington Beach, CA. Juan and Tom have been partners since their time at Wells Fargo Financial (Norwest Financial before the name change) in the late 90's. Since that time, they have worked with Mortgage 2000 and Amerifund Lending before going on to create First Home Front, Inc. They then partnered with Milestone Mortgage and most recently First Security Lending. Juan and Tom bring extensive experience as REO and FHA Financing Specialists and have assisted countless new homeowners in attaining the American Dream, home ownership. Both gentlemen are members of the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, a non-profit organization that promotes home ownership for minorities. Juan sits on The Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Chapter where he serves as The Director of Marketing.
